The virtual race was just that, virtual. Meaning you go out where ever you live and run whatever distance you choose, 5k - 5 mile - 10 mile, then you upload your race results to the website and see where you stack up against others who ran the same distance. We had 98 people sign up total for the Virtual Race, with 33 people going for the TRIPLE CROWN, and running all 3 races! Each participant will receive a Virtual Great River Road Run long sleeve t-shirt and a finisher medal. If you complete the Triple Crown you will also get the special Virtual Great River Road Run Nike Bag! There were no age groups, no divisions, no nothing. So if you ran and uploaded results, check out the Overall Leaderboards of the different races and see where you finished up against people from across the country.

This race is our main fundraiser for the club. Simply not having a race this year would jeopardize what events we could host in the future. So anyone who participates in our virtual race this year will be helping us beyond what you could believe.
