Teacher Support:

1. Teachers will respond to emails within 24 hours.

2. Teachers will have regular Office Hours for their students for individual questions and support (we will release the detailed Office Hour schedule in the coming weeks). ELA and Math teachers K-8 will also provide live daily personalized Small Group support based on individual instructional needs.
   

Immediate Support:

1. For immediate support, you can contact Mr. Zeki Abdulahi from 9 am to 3 pm each day via email (zabdulahi@amanaacademy.org ), or via Technology Hotline (see below).

2. If for some reason your teacher is not responding via email in the above time frame, please email Ms. Helené Brown (hbrown@amanaacademy.org) for grades K-3 and Ms. Najla Abdul-Khaliq (nabdulkhaliq@amanaacademy.org ) for grades 4-8.

3. If your child does not have permission to participate in an online platform with school staff, please email Mrs. Abdul-Khaliq.
