As professionals, we know that there is no one single approach to teaching and learning. We have looked at the role of a virtual instructor or teacher and how it has impacted the role played by the university, a task made more complex by various stakeholders’ demands and expectations and the value of building new best practices in a different setting to address some of these concerns in producing future ready graduates.
