Virtual Recharge is an application (hereinafter referred to as “Virtual Recharge Apps or Virtual Recharge” ) or any other future product/app developed by Royal Business, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 316 Trade Square, Near Parishkar Flat, Khokhra Ahmedabad Gujarat 380008 India. Virtual Recharge recognizes the expectations of its customers/User with regard to privacy, confidentiality and security of their personal information that resides with Virtual Recharge
Virtual Recharge (“we”, “us”, “our”) is owned and operated by Royal Business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our Android application Virtual Recharge (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
To deliver core recharge and payment services, Virtual Recharge requires access to:
Contacts: Accessed only when you choose to recharge for a contact from your phone book. This is processed locally and is never uploaded or shared.
Location: Approximate & Precise location is used to detect high-risk regions for fraud prevention and to show relevant operator plans.
Storage: Used to save transaction receipts and history for offline access.
Device or other IDs: Android ID/advertising ID is used for fraud detection, security, and account verification.
These permissions are requested only with your explicit consent and are never used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Personal Information: Name, phone number, and email.
Contacts: Local processing only (not stored on our servers).
Location: Approximate and precise location data.
Device Identifiers: Android ID and Advertising ID.
Storage: Access to save receipts and transaction history.
Transaction Data: Recharge amount, operator, and transaction ID. We do not store card numbers or CVVs.
Usage & Diagnostics: Anonymized crash logs and app interaction metrics.
To provide recharge, bill payment, and financial services.
To verify identity, prevent fraud, and secure transactions.
To personalize recent operators and plans for faster checkout.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and financial audit requirements.
We do not sell your data. Sharing is strictly limited to:
Telecom Operators: To fulfill your recharge requests.
Security Partners: Anonymized IDs shared with services like Firebase for fraud protection.
Legal Authorities: Only if required by law (e.g., IT Act or RBI guidelines).
In compliance with Google Play policies, you can delete your account and data in two ways:
In-App: Navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Data will be deleted within 30 days, except for transaction records we are legally required to retain for financial audits.
We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and secure servers for storage. Sensitive payment details are never stored on our local servers.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
