Your real estate virtual assistant will help you with a number of tasks to release your time so that you can focus on more important things. S/he will be college-educated, fluent in English, hard-working, and will:

Set up and manage client appointments
Respond to all initial client inquiries
Reach out to your warm leads to follow up
Create invoices and track deposits and payments
Cold call potential customers to generate leads
Create posts for your social media sites
Update content and photos on your website
Manage your listings and CRM database
Coordinate virtual tours and open days
Arrange move-in and move-out assistance
Provide admin support and paperwork assistance
Coordinate all transaction workflows
