A supervisor serves as a mentor and guide throughout the FYP/ Research journey. They help refine ideas, provide technical and research direction, review progress, and offer constructive feedback to support successful project completion.

Students are expected to demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and commitment throughout the project. They should actively contribute, seek knowledge independently, and communicate regularly with their supervisor.
Students are responsible for understanding the problem, conducting research, implementing the solution, testing the system, maintaining documentation, and meeting project deadlines. Every team member should contribute fairly and remain accountable for assigned tasks.
Meetings should be conducted professionally and respectfully. Students should request appointments in advance, arrive prepared, and make effective use of the supervisor's time.
