Cifei He
Executive Director and President
Cifei is a senior at Tallwood High School and a 2025 Bank of America Student Leader. She also serves as the state representative for the Darfur Women Action Group, where she designs interactive digital campaigns to raise awareness about genocide and promote prevention efforts. As a former student with Learn To Be, Cifei is passionate about creating meaningful change in education and expanding access to learning opportunities. She’s excited to continue advancing community service and educational equity through Virginia Learn To Be.

Mekody loves giving back to her community through community services, whether at a puppy adoption center or with nonprofit organizations, as service is something she deeply values.

Annika enjoys going to the gym, running, and reading. She is also and avid member of HOSA and will compete at the international leadership conference this year.

Srija is a high school student from Richmond and she enjoys baking and listenning to Taylor Swift's songs.
Annabel Griffith - Outreach Director
Annabel Griffith is a student in Williamsburg. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, running track, and hanging out with her friends.
