VLW sponsors events on a wide variety of topics including but not limited to career panels, interview and public speaking skills, law school success tips, women in the legal field, and work-life balance. Some of the programming our organization has historically and continues to offer to the UVA community includes:

Summer Events: Summer Happy Hours in major cities, drawing current membership and rising 1Ls. 

Fall Events: Student Orientation, Student Activities Fair, Paint & Sip, General Body Meeting, Student-Faculty  Reception, Pickleball Tournament, Diversity Clerkship Panel, Mentor-Mentee Fall Mixer, Combatting Sexism in the Workplace, Student-Faculty Dinner Series, Golf, Lessons, Women in Public Service and more. 

Spring Events: General Body Meeting, Mentor-Mentee Garden Party, Women in Big Law, Women in Government, Women in Academia, and more.
