All District Presidents have amended their District Guidelines to contain general guidelines for each chapter in the district to follow. The District Presidents have reviewed their guidelines and have worked to align them throughout the state.
The specifics about topics such as: voting, officers’ responsibilities, district committee chairmen responsibilities and district committees help sisters to have clarity about procedures in the district.
A Nominating Committee was added to the District Committees to provide a list of possible sisters who are qualified to offer for District President-Elect. One representative from each chapter in the District will be on the Nominating Committee.
Founders’ Day Events for each district explain the responsibilities of each chapter and/or the rotation schedule of the chapters.
