Virgin Australia Cancellation Charges

There is no cancellation fee for Business Class ticket holders.

If you purchased a flex ticket, you will have to pay $89 for cancel your reservation and receive a refund back to your original payment method, and no charge fee to get money into your travel bank account.

There is no refund if you cancel your light ticket.

For Choice ticket holders, a cancellation fee of $89  will transfer to your travel bank account after cancellation.
