Overview

Virel helps users create local profiles, medication entries, schedule records, and dose history on their own device. This policy explains how the app handles information based on the inspected Flutter source code.

Information We Collect

Virel stores information you enter in the app, including profile names, profile colors, medication names, dosage text, medication form, notes, schedule times, archive status, dose actions, dose notes, and app settings such as the active profile and theme preference. This information is stored locally using Hive storage.

Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

The app does not include analytics SDKs, ads SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, authentication, accounts, cloud sync, location access, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, or photo library access in the inspected source code.

How We Use Information

The app uses locally stored information to show medication queues, medication lists, profile views, history, settings, and dose status. Billing product IDs are used only to offer voluntary contribution purchases.

Data Sharing

Virel does not intentionally send your locally stored medication, profile, dose history, or settings data to the developer. The app uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app contribution purchases and a WebView to open the privacy policy page.

Third-Party Services

The inspected source code uses Google Play Billing through the in_app_purchase package and opens the policy URL in a WebView through webview_flutter. These services may process technical or purchase-related information according to their own terms and policies.

Data Storage and Security

Your app data is stored locally on your device using Hive. The inspected source code does not implement cloud storage or custom encryption. Device-level protections such as your screen lock and operating system security help protect local app data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your information remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, archive it where supported, uninstall the app, or use the in-app Delete All Data option. The Delete All Data option clears profiles, medications, dose logs, and settings, then recreates the default local profile.

Children's Privacy

Virel is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, analytics, ads, or cloud services in the inspected source code.

User Choices

You can manage medication entries, profiles, app theme settings, history records through app flows, and local data deletion through Settings. Optional contribution purchases are voluntary and do not unlock features or content.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when app behavior, storage, billing, WebView behavior, permissions, or third-party services change.
