1. DEFINITIONS
Viral Trend Games: Refers to mobile application developer and content owner.
Services: Refers to the mobile applications developed and owned by Viral Trend Games for use by individuals.
Virtual Items: Includes virtual currency (e.g., virtual coins, cash, tokens, or points for in-game use) and virtual in-game items.
2. USING THE SERVICES
Users may access Viral Trend Games' mobile applications through their equipment (e.g., phone, tablet) by connecting to the Internet and app stores and paying associated fees.
Viral Trend Games reserves the right to discontinue offering or supporting the Services. In such cases, users' access to the Services will be affected.
Viral Trend Games may, at its discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Services or their portions. It is not obligated to compensate for any losses or results due to such actions.
Viral Trend Games strives to protect the privacy of users when providing Services. By accepting these Terms, users acknowledge that they are responsible for the use of the Services by minors.
3. OWNERSHIP; LIMITED LICENSE
The Services are owned and operated by Viral Trend Games.
All content, information, and materials on the Services (Materials), including trademarks, logos, design, software, text, images, sound files, and more, are protected by intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal use only.
This license does not permit commercial use, distribution, public performance or display, modification, data mining, or any use other than intended purposes.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
We provide the Services in the form of access to games and Virtual Items. You can use “real world” money to obtain subscription to games or a limited license to use Virtual Items.
Virtual Items and subscriptions to our games purchased on AppStore and Google Play Market will be subject to those platforms’ payment terms and conditions. The Company does not control how you can pay on those platforms. Please review those platforms’ terms of use for additional information.
For subscription to a game or Virtual Items, your order will represent an offer to us to obtain a subscription or a limited license for the relevant Services or Virtual Items which will be accepted by us when we accept your payment.
For orders to obtain a subscription or a limited license to use Virtual Items, by clicking the button on the purchase window or page you:
agree that we may start to supply your purchased subscription/Virtual Items immediately after you have clicked that button;
if you reside in the European Union, you acknowledge that you will therefore no longer have the right to cancel under the EU’s Consumer Rights Directive (as implemented by the law of the country where you are located) once we start to supply the subscription/Virtual Item.
All sales are final. You acknowledge that the Company is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Items or subscription to a game unless otherwise is not determined by the rules of platforms of applicable law.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you. The Company may revise the pricing for subscriptions to its games or Virtual Items it licenses to you through the Service at any time.
5. PRIVACY
A Privacy Policy is in place to comply with regulations and inform users about data collection and usage.
Users' acceptance of these Terms acknowledges the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
Our Services and games may feature advertisements from various companies. Our Privacy Policy explains information sharing with advertisers.
Links to other companies' websites or promotional offers are provided in our games or Services. Dealing with these companies is the responsibility of users.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Viral Trend Games may assign rights or obligations without users' consent. Users may not assign rights or obligations without its written consent.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Viral Trend Games and supersede all prior understandings.
16. LANGUAGE OF THE TERMS
If there are discrepancies between translated versions and the original version, the original version prevails.
17. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce rights does not waive those rights.
18. NOTICES
Users acknowledge that notifications may be sent through relevant Services.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
