This Privacy Policy describes how ViralTag AI ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by gigasonet, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (package ID: com.gigasonet.viraltag).
By using ViralTag AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
a. Content You Provide When you use the app, you enter topics or text prompts to generate social media content. This input text, the platform you select, your chosen output language, and the generated results are processed and stored to provide the service.
b. Device Identifiers We collect your device's Android ID (or iOS Vendor ID on Apple devices) to:
Create and recover your anonymous account
Maintain your settings and any premium status across reinstalls
c. Anonymous Account Data We use anonymous authentication. We do not require or collect your name, email address, phone number, or password. Each user is assigned an anonymous identifier.
d. Usage and Analytics Data We may collect non-personal usage data, such as which platforms and languages you use most, app interactions, and performance metrics, to improve the app. This data does not personally identify you.
We use the information we collect to:
Generate AI-powered social media content based on your input
Save your generation history and preferences
Maintain your account and any premium features across devices and reinstalls
Analyze usage trends to improve features and performance
Diagnose technical issues and ensure app stability
ViralTag AI relies on the following third-party services, which may process your data:
a. NVIDIA AI (Content Generation) The text you enter is sent to NVIDIA's AI inference service (integrate.api.nvidia.com) to generate content. Your use of this feature is subject to NVIDIA's privacy practices.
b. Google Firebase (Authentication & Database) We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication and Cloud Firestore to store your generations and account data. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
c. Advertising and Payments (if applicable) If advertising or premium subscriptions are enabled in a future version, third-party providers (such as Google AdMob or payment processors) may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will update this policy accordingly.
Your generated content and account data are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore. We retain this data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above, strictly as necessary to operate the app.
ViralTag AI is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we use anonymous identifiers, please contact us using the details below to make any such request, and we will assist you.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
