You must have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Use in order to use this Website's services. You are not permitted to use this website if you disagree with our terms and conditions.

 The following Terms and conditions are presumed to have been read and approved by parties contracting with or making a reservation through an agency. Agents using this Website are therefore obligated to let third parties know about these Terms and Conditions.

All travel arrangements made by VIP Travel and Tours, operator and owner of the website located at https://viptraveltours (hereinafter referred to as "VIP Travel and Tours"), are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Any combination of international or domestic flights from your starting point to your final destination shall be considered "Travel" for the purposes of this clause, as well as all hotels, resorts, accommodations, excursions, tours, transfers, rentals, etc. that have been booked on your behalf by VIP Travel and Tours.

Your contract will be governed by the terms of the applicable Philippines Travel and Tour Operator's policies, or in the case of an airline, the airline's applicable booking conditions, if your booking includes travel arrangements made by a party other than VIP Travel and Tours or its designated agents, whether VIP Travel and Tours has acted as the agent or not. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

We have no obligation or liability for any arrangements you make on your own while traveling and outside of VIP Travel and Tour.

Usage

The minimum age requirement to use this website is eighteen (18), and users must be able to legally form binding contracts.

 All users are required to submit truthful and up-to-date data. If anything changes, you have a responsibility to promptly update the personal information you gave us. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details on the personal data we require from you and how we use it.

 If you choose to sign up for a customized Log-In account, you are solely responsible for keeping your login name, password, and account information private. Even if a booking was made without your knowledge, you are still liable for all travel arrangements made by you and anyone else using your Log-In account. You have a responsibility to swiftly notify us through the contact options in Contact Us if the security of your Log-In account has been breached so that we can disable your Log-In account. 

Payments made with credit cards or debit cards, as well as cash payments made at specific VIP trip & Tours offices, are acceptable methods of payment for the trip arrangements made through this website.

 For any breach of these Terms and Conditions and for any other reason we deem detrimental to this Website or to our other users, VIP Travel and Tours has the right to restrict or refuse you or anyone else access to your Log-In account or this Website. 

Only authentic travel bargains may be searched for and booked using this website. You agree not to use this website to make any fictitious, fraudulent, speculative, or demand-driven reservations. You additionally agree that you will not use this website for any activity that is prohibited by these terms and conditions, Philippine law, or the law of the nation from which you are accessing this website.

 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to make one party the agent or partner of the other party for any reason, or to make both parties joint venture parties or partners for any purpose. Your rights or duties under these Terms and Conditions may not be assigned, delegated, or transferred. However, you acknowledge and agree that we may transfer our rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions without your consent, without notifying you in advance, and without doing so modifying these Terms and Conditions.

 Prohibited Activity

The information on this website is proprietary information that is the property of VIP Travel & Tours or our suppliers, providers, or contributors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You hereby undertake not to duplicate, transmit, display, publish, or market these materials. 

You must not upload or transmit through this website any material or content that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or that solicits, encourages, or promotes the use of illegal substances or activities, or any vulgar, obscene, bigoted, or hateful, profane, scandalous, pornographic, indecent, objectionable, or otherwise violates any applicable laws. 

On this website, you are not allowed to take any action that prevents another user from using or enjoying it, such as "hacking," "cracking," "spoofing," defacing any portions of this website, placing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or building a deep link to any part of this website. 

The following are prohibited: political campaign materials; chain letters; mass mailings; spam mail; advertising or commercial solicitations; promotional materials for services that compete with VIP Travel and Tours and/or this Website; software or other materials that contain viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, or other harmful or disruptive components. 

The navigational layout or presentation of this website or any of its contents may not be copied, altered, or in any manner disregarded by the use of robots, spiders, site search/retrieval applications, or any other human or automatic device or process. Without the visitors' express written consent, you may not harvest or gather information about them from this website.

 Additionally, you are prohibited from using this website's created travel itineraries for commercial or personal gain. 

Any person who engages in any of the aforementioned unlawful conduct will be subject to civil and criminal legal action by VIP Travel and Tours, as well as the right to pursue damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Copyright and Trademarks

The VIP Travel & Tours or the respective owners are the proprietors of the trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website. Without Vansol Travel's or the proprietors of those items' prior written approval, you are not allowed to use those things. However, you are permitted to print your trip plans using these trademarks, logos, and service marks for personal, non-commercial use. All printed copies of trip plans created using this website must bear the VIP trip & Tours trademarks, logos, and service marks.

The language, images, web design, software, and other contents of this website are protected by copyrights that belong to VIP Travel and Tours or to third parties whose permission VIP Travel and Tours obtained to post the protected content on this website. Without prior written consent from VIP Travel and Tours, it is strictly forbidden to redistribute or copy any of the website's contents, in whole or in part. You are granted permission by VIP Travel & Tours to print, download, and view the pages from this website on your computer, provided that:

•  B. The content won't be changed in any way;

Third-Party Vendors

Our Third Party Providers, which include airlines, shipping companies, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, and tour operators, are independent contractors rather than VIP Travel & Tours' employees or agents. We are not endorsing nor affiliating with them by listing their goods and services on this website. Your interactions with our Third Party Suppliers through this Website are at your own risk, and VIP Travel and Tours will not be liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or costs resulting from the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any of our Third Party Providers.

 For your benefit, VIP Travel and Tours may have already negotiated a cheaper price with our Third Party Suppliers. The total of the pre-negotiated prices and the service fee paid by VIP Travel and Tours are already included in the pricing listed on this website. 

The terms and conditions of our Third Party Providers, including but not limited to those found in the contract of carriage with airline companies, hotel terms and conditions, and credit card policies, as applicable, also apply to you in addition to your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Your reservation(s) may be canceled, you may not be permitted to use the relevant travel products or services, you may lose the money you paid for the reservation, and/or we may charge your account for any expenses we incur as a result of the breach.

 Several airlines prohibit practices like back-to-back ticketing (purchasing two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to get around the need for a minimum stay) and hidden-city ticketing (purchasing tickets with segments the buyer doesn't intend to use in order to get around the pricing structure of an air carrier). The use of illegal ticketing methods may lead to a number of consequences, including the cancellation of the ticket, refusal of boarding, loss of frequent flyer miles and other advantages, additional charges to the purchaser's credit card, additional fees levied at the airport, or future billing. You are in charge of making sure that the flight you purchased through this Website complies with any applicable airline contracts of carriage. 

Before using the service offered by certain of our Third Party Suppliers, you must sign their liability waiver. You have the right to decline to sign the liability waiver. However, if you refuse to execute a waiver, you will not be permitted to use the particular service in question.

In the event that full payment is not received on time, we retain the right to cancel your reservation. Some Third Party Suppliers, such as lodging facilities, automobile rental agencies, or tour operators, may ask you to hand over a credit card or cash deposit meant to cover supplemental costs. This deposit is separate from the money you made to VIP Travel and Tours when you made your reservation.

 In accordance with our individual Third Party Supplier's relevant costs and refund procedures, you may also change or cancel your travel reservation. 

Third Party Suppliers are responsible for remitting taxes related to their services. VIP Travel and Tours does not pay taxes to the taxing bodies directly. 

Booking

You acknowledge that you have the power to accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party when you make a reservation with us. Only after we receive your payment for your reservation or when we provide you our confirmation, voucher, or itinerary, whichever comes first, do we have a contract with you. These terms apply to the information in our published information as well as the entirety of the contract between you and VIP Travel & Tours.  Unless we have specifically agreed in writing that you may offer a down payment, when you make a reservation with VIP Travel and Tours and we accept it, the full cost of the Travel Package becomes due and payable immediately. In any case, VIP Travel & Tours must receive payment in full for your travel package at least 10 working days before your scheduled departure.

Cost

Unless otherwise specified, prices are predetermined at the time of booking and often do not include any additional fees. The only exception will be any cost increases brought on by new or higher taxes, such as VAT, or other government actions, including but not limited to those. When a surcharge is due, an administration fee of $____ per person and a sum to compensate the commission of the travel agent (if applicable) will be charged. You will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid in relation to your booking, excluding an adjustment fee, if this results in you having to pay more than 20% of the original booking price.  In the event that you choose to cancel as a result, you must do so within fourteen (14) working days of the day we notified you of the amount due.

 Before you make a reservation, we reserve the right to alter any of our prices, including any special rates we may occasionally provide. These rates may differ from those listed on this page. Please be aware that ALL RATES ARE BASED ON THE TIME OF THE TRAIN, NOT THE DATE OF THE BOOKING.  In rare situations, posted rates could lose their validity or expire after the booking date but before the departure date. The new rate that will be in place at the time of travel will be confirmed in this situation, and you will be charged accordingly.
