I've been doing Calisthenics for about 3 months now with only 1 rest day between weeks of doing my daily calisthenics routine and I'm starting to see more muscle definition and gaining real upper and lower body strength and be able to do more reps each time, on top of losing the rest of my body fat that I had.

FREE CALISTHENICS ROUTINE

(HELPS FLUSH LYMPHATIC SYSTEM, BUILDS MUSCLE QUICKER, BUILD MORE AB STRENGTH)

(Down fast up slow or down slow up fast is just incorporating simple isometrics into your form)

(pushups are down slow up fast)

10 push ups10 Jump squats10 Pushups10 jump squats1–2 minute plank25 Hamstring raises 10 Pushup burpees

(Hold each stretch for 10-20 seconds)

Butterfly stretch

Right sitting toe reach

Left sitting toe reach

Full Cobra pose

Standing Toe Reach

Right Backhand stretch

Left Backhand stretch


Kneeling Hip flexors

Sitting hip rotation flexors


5 Jump squats

5 push ups

10 Lat sits (Down fast, up slow)

30 mountain climbers

20 crunches

10 last pushups, on your last pushup, hold it halfway for as long as you can.
