PRIVACY POLICY — VIP DROPSHIP TOOL

This Privacy Policy explains what data the VIP Dropship Tool Chrome

extension ("the Extension", "we", "our") collects, how it is used, where

it is stored, and who it is shared with. This policy applies to everyone

who installs the Extension, whether via the Chrome Web Store or as a

direct install provided by the developer.

1. WHO WE ARE

The Extension is developed and operated by an independent developer

("Ecom With Asad"). For any privacy question or data request, contact:

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

- Login email & license key: The email and license key you enter to

  activate the Extension. Used to verify your license is valid and

  active before enabling features.

- Device identifier: A random identifier generated locally by the

  Extension (not tied to any hardware serial number). Used to enforce a

  one-device-per-license limit.

- Session token: A random token issued after successful login. Keeps you

  signed in without re-sending your license key on every request.

- Order data from Amazon/eBay pages you visit: Order number, order date,

  order cost, and (on eBay) buyer name and shipping address, read from

  pages you are already logged into and viewing. Used to let you save

  this data to your own Google Sheet with one click.

- Approximate country (via IP): A country-level lookup performed via a

  third-party IP lookup service (ipapi.co), shown as a connection-region

  indicator in the popup. Your IP is sent to ipapi.co for this lookup;

  we do not separately store it.

- Extension settings: Your toggle preferences, selected theme, and

  configured Google Sheet ID/tab name — remembered between sessions.

We do NOT collect your Amazon/eBay account password, payment card

details, or your full browsing history. The Extension only reads data

from the specific Amazon/eBay pages listed in Section 5 while you are

actively using it.

3. HOW DATA IS STORED

- Locally, on your device: Your login session, settings, and a temporary

  copy of the last captured address/order are stored using Chrome's

  built-in chrome.storage.local — this stays on your computer.

- Your own Google Sheet: When you click "Sync to Sheet", the order data

  described in Section 2 is written to a Google Sheet that YOU own and

  control. We do not have standing access to this sheet outside of the

  sync action you trigger.

- License-verification backend: Your login email, license key (only at

  the moment of login), device identifier, and session token are stored

  in a Google Sheet controlled by the developer, used solely to check

  that your license is valid and not in use on another device.

4. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

- Developer's Google Apps Script backend — receives login email, license

  key (at login only), device ID, session token — for license validation

  and device-lock enforcement.

- Your own Google Sheet (via Google Apps Script) — receives order data

  you choose to sync (order number, date, cost, customer name) — so you

  can build your own order-tracking spreadsheet.

- ipapi.co — receives your IP address via a standard network request —

  for the country-level connection indicator shown in the popup.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT use your data for

advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the Extension's core

functionality described above. We do NOT use your data to determine

creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

5. WEBSITES THE EXTENSION OPERATES ON

- amazon.co.uk — to read your own order/product page data and display

  the in-page tools.

- ebay.co.uk — to read shipping-address and order data on pages you are

  viewing, and to display the in-page tools.

- script.google.com — to communicate with the license backend and your

  own Google Sheet.

6. DATA RETENTION

- Locally stored data is retained until you uninstall the Extension or

  clear your browser's extension storage.

- License records (email, device ID) are retained for as long as your

  license is active, and are cleared when you log out or when the

  developer manually resets your device lock upon request.

- Order data synced to your own Google Sheet is retained there under

  your own control — the Extension does not delete or modify it after

  syncing.

7. YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

- You can disable individual features (address autofill, Sheet sync,

  etc.) at any time from the Extension's Settings panel.

- You can log out at any time, which ends your active session.

- You can request deletion of your license record and any data held on

  the developer's license-verification sheet by emailing

  aliasadakram1122@gmail.com.

- You can uninstall the Extension at any time via chrome://extensions,

  which removes all locally stored data.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Extension is intended for business/professional use by adults

operating e-commerce accounts and is not directed at children under 13.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

will be revised. Continued use of the Extension after changes take

effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
