$200/hr, 2hr minimum. 

What’s Included:

• Live Guest Portraits: Hand-painted 5"x7" watercolor portraits of your guests, couples, or families created live during your event.

• Protective Display: Every finished painting is packaged in a clear protective sleeve for safe keeping.

• Take-Home Keepsake: Guests take their custom artwork home as a unique wedding favor!

Note: The artist will paint as many guests as possible during the reserved time. We recommend prioritizing the bridal party and immediate family to ensure key guests are painted!

Premium Package

     $230/hr, 2hr minimum.

What’s Included:

• Live Guest Portraits: Hand-painted watercolor portraits of your guests, couples, or families created live during your event.

• Custom Cardstock Backing: Each 5"x7" painting is mounted onto heavyweight cardstock pre-cut in your custom wedding colors, bringing the final display piece to 6"x8".

• Protective Display: Packaged in a 6"x8" clear protective sleeve, making it instantly frame-ready for your guests.

• Take-Home Keepsake: A elevated, color-coordinated wedding favor guests will love to display.

Luxury Add-On

$230/hr, 2hr minimum + package fee

What’s Included:

• All offerings of Premium Package plus customized lettering pre-printed onto each card above the painting. This can be the couple's names, wedding date, or a personalized quote or saying.

Fee includes:

• Design fee to customize font, lettering, and style matching your chosen cardstock backing

• Printing fees

• Travel and transportation expenses for printing services

Petite Package (Up to 25 cards): +$60 flat fee added to hourly rate. Ideal for a 2hr booking with an expected output of 10–12 cards per hour.

Classic Package (Up to 50 cards): +$120 flat fee added to hourly rate. Ideal for a 4hr booking with an expected output of 10–12 cards per hour.

VIP Guest Coverage Add-On

(Can be added to the Essential, Premium, or Luxury Package)

What’s Included:

Designed for larger weddings (100+ guests), this add-on brings in additional professional artists to scale your live output from 10–12 portraits per hour up to 36 portraits per hour.

This option ensures no guest is left out! If any guests are unable to be painted live during your booked hours, reference photos will be taken on-site, completed in-studio, and shipped directly to you after the event for an additional fee of $10 per painting + standard shipping rates.

2 Artist team (+assistant): $50/hr added to Essential, Premium, or Luxury package (Up to 24 cards per hour)

3 Artist team (+assistant): $100/hr added to Essential, Premium, or Luxury package (up to 36 cards per hour)
