Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you have extra time before your appointment, please feel free to grab a bite to eat at the local food trucks or six beans coffee because appointments can run between 2-5 hours.

Yes. Please come to your appointment with freshly washed and dried hair. A clean canvas gives the best color results and the most optimal lift when going lighter. Every client should arrive with freshly washed and dried hair for ALL services to begin.

Yes. Inspiration images are always a great way of communicating color placement, tone, and expectations. Feel free to come to your appointment with a few images that you love so that I can consult with you about creating your inspiration and what is achievable.
WHY DO I NEED TO PUT MY CARD ON FILE?
We require a card on file to ensure that appointment times are honored. This keeps no-shows and last-minute cancellations to a minimum and ensures our stylists are properly compensated for the time that is booked.
WHAT DOES HOURLY MEAN?
I USE TIME-BASED PRICING INSTEAD OF À LA CARTE ADD-ONS, MEANING NO SURPRISE CHARGES FOR EXTRA COLOR OR TREATMENTS AT CHECKOUT. TOTAL TRANSPARENCY IS KEY TO BUILDING TRUST!
