1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information Violet Crown 777 ("the App") collects, how it is
used, and the choices you have. The App is a simulated slot-style entertainment game played entirely
with virtual coins. It does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or
phone number.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the categories described below, and only to operate, measure and improve the App:
Device and technical data
— device model and manufacturer, operating system version, App
version, language and region, and screen characteristics.
Identifiers
— advertising identifier (GAID), Android ID, and identifiers assigned by our
measurement partners for installation and attribution.
Network data
— IP address (which can be inferred to city level). We do not request precise
location.
Usage and event data
— launches, sessions, pages, and gameplay events such as spins, wins
and progress, together with crash and performance diagnostics.
Local game progress
— coins, collections and settings, stored locally on your device.
3. Device Identifiers and Advertising ID
We use the Google advertising identifier (GAID) and, where unavailable, the Android ID, to measure
installs, attribute campaigns and analyse usage. You can reset your advertising identifier at any time
under
Settings → Google → Ads
on your device. Resetting it does not affect the core
play of the App.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
run the App and store your game progress;
measure installs and attribute campaigns;
improve stability, performance and gameplay;
detect fraud and invalid traffic; and
comply with legal obligations.
5. Analytics, Attribution and Measurement Partners
We use a small number of service providers for analytics, attribution and measurement. The current
providers include:
Adjust (Adjust GmbH)
— mobile measurement, install attribution and campaign reporting.
Meta Platforms
— advertising and campaign measurement through the Meta SDK / Facebook SDK.
— Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4), Firebase Analytics and the Google Play
Install Referrer, used for analytics, attribution and measurement.
The list of providers we use may in the future include additional analytics, attribution or
measurement providers of the same categories described above. Adding, removing or replacing a similar
provider does not change the categories of data described in this policy and does not require an update to the App.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. We share the categories
listed above only with the measurement and analytics providers described in Section 5, and only for the
purposes described in Section 4, or where the law requires it.
7. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Your local game progress stays on
your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. Server-side measurement data is retained in
aggregate or pseudonymous form for a limited period.
8. Security
Data is transferred over HTTPS and stored with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No
method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply measures appropriate to the data
described here.
9. Your Rights
You may stop all collection by uninstalling the App. You may reset your advertising identifier (see
Section 3). Depending on where you live — including the EEA, the UK and California — you may
have additional rights such as access, correction or deletion of your data. To exercise them, contact us
at the address in Section 12.
10. Children (18+)
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly
collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us
and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates to the list of service providers may be made
without requiring an update to the App. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date
above.
