• Images captured for scanning are processed locally and are not stored on our servers

Image Processing

When you use the scanning feature, the images you capture are temporarily sent to OpenAI, Google for processing to identify the object and retrieve valuation information and web links to similar items. These images:

- Are only used for the purpose of identifying scanned items and providing links to similar items on the web.

- Are not permanently stored by us

- Are processed in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policies

- Are not used for any other purpose than providing the service you requested or OpenAI's usage policies.

How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Improve app functionality and performance

• Identify and fix technical issues

• Enhance existing features based on usage patterns

Data Storage

• All user data, including item collections, is stored locally on your device

• No cloud storage or online accounts are used

• When you uninstall the app, all associated data is automatically deleted

Third-Party Links

Our app provides links to third-party websites found via Google Vision search for your convenience to view item price information. We do not:

• Share any data with these third parties

• Receive commissions from sales made through these links

• Track your activity on these external websites

These sites have their own privacy policies that we do not control.

Children's Privacy

Our app is rated for users 4+ and does not collect personally identifiable information from children or adults.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app.
