1. Why does ViNoi AI need Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions?

ViNoi AI uses Apple speech recognition framework to convert your voice into text and extract expense details. Your voice is processed securely, and audio recordings are never stored on external advertising servers.

2. Does ViNoi AI connect to my bank account?

No. ViNoi AI is built with privacy at its core. We never ask for your bank logins, passwords, or credentials. You have full control over what you choose to record.

3. How does Shared Wallet data sync?

Shared wallets sync securely using your private Apple iCloud (CloudKit). Only people who receive and accept your unique invitation link or QR code can view and contribute to the shared wallet.

4. How do I restore my purchases or cancel a subscription?

- To Restore Purchases: Open ViNoi AI > Go to Settings > Tap "Restore Purchases".

- To Manage or Cancel Subscription: Open your iPhone Settings > Tap your Apple ID name at the top > Tap Subscriptions > Select ViNoi AI to modify or cancel anytime.

5. How do I set up the Action Button for 1-tap logging?

Open ViNoi AI > Go to Settings > Tap "Action Button & Shortcuts Guide" to install the pre-built Apple Shortcut, then assign it to your Action Button in iOS Settings.
