-6B (Hammer Fall) now is 22B. 22B now is a special rather than a normal command.
-Potemkin now gains Armor when he charges forward during 22B. Can be canceled into Hammer Fall - Break by pressing C.
-Added Heat Extend as a meterless followup for Heat Knuckle, triggering by pressing B.
-Potemkin now will go to his additional attack if he gets hit during Judge Gauntlet's startup.

BURST SYSTEM OVERHAUL
-New Burst Icon that also turns red when Not Over Yet is active.
-Burst now slowly regenerates overtime after use and does not fully regenerate between rounds.
-The rate of regeneration depends on how much health has been lost.
-Burst meter is also gained on hit based on the amount of damage taken.
-When NOY is active, the amount of meter gained will be increased.
-Pressing Y+Z when Ultra Burst is activated will trigger an Exceed Accel.
-While it doesn't deal as much damage as most Distortion Drives, it has minimal damage scaling.
-Cost zero meter, but will immediately end Ultra Burst after use.
-Cannot be Rapid Canceled.
-Becomes upgraded when Not Over Yet is active.
-Hitting the opponent with an Exceed Accel will refill the Burst Gauge by 30% and will prevent the Burst Gauge from overheating.
-Burst gauge becomes overheated either when Ultra Burst runs out or if the Exceed Accel or Astral Heat is unsuccessful.
-An overheated burst gauge won't be able to regenerate for a set amount of time and will cause the power meter to slowly drain throughout the duration.
-Overheat is immediately removed between rounds.
-Astral Heat will not be available during Overheat even if you manage to have enough meter for it.
-Performing too many continuous back dashes or dodges will trigger a Negative Penalty. This will immediately sets your meter and burst gauge to zero and puts you into overheat status.
-A warning message will appear if you are at risk of receiving it.
-Bypass Negative Penalty by moving forward and attacking your opponent.
MISC
-Type Lumina style Super Jump. Triggered by tapping Down then Up in quick succession.
-A+B+Forward and A+B+Back are now macros for Double Tap Forward and Double Tap Backward.
-Significantly reduced regular Burst's knockback on block.
-Ultra Burst Cut-ins are now available for everyone.
-Increased the initial amount of Ultra Burst.
-Ultra Burst Timer will no longer increment during the initial Ultra Burst state.
-Successfully performing an Astral Heat will set the Burst Gauge to zero on the next round.
-Akira:
+Fixed an error where the opponent couldn't recover after getting hit by Byakko Soushouda.
-Noel:
+Fixed an error where Noel and her opponent didn't turn to black during her Astral Heat on IKEMEN.
