Tuan-Vinh Le was born in Quang Ngai Province, Vietnam. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of Management, Chang Gung University, Taiwan, in July 2021. Since August 2025, Dr. Le has been an Associate Professor with the Bachelor's Program of Artificial Intelligence and Information Security, Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. His major research interests include information security, cryptography, and blockchain.
