Tuan-Vinh Le received the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of Management, Chang Gung University, Taiwan, in July 2021. His research focuses on cryptography and information security. Since August 2025, he has been an Associate Professor with the Bachelor's Program of Artificial Intelligence and Information Security, College of Science and Engineering, Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. He also serves as the Chief of Internationalization of the College.
