I am a Full Professor of Finance at the department of management and economics of Pegaso Digital University, ITALY. My main research focuses on venture capital and private equity, green finance, IPOs, entrepreneurial finance, corporate finance and relationship lending. 

I hold a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. Before joining the current institution, I was an Associate Professor of Finance at University of Naples Parthenope, ITALY, Assistant Professor of Finance at Kingston University London and a Visiting Research Scholar at the Michael F. Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma, Visiting Professor at Trinity Business School and EM Normandie - Dubai. Since 2015, I have been a member of the American Finance Association and European Finance Association. 

My work has been published on outstanding international academic journals such as the Journal of Corporate Finance, European Financial Management, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of International Money and Finance and many others. 

Among other journals, I serve as Associate Editor of International Review of Financial Analysis, European Journal of Finance, Journal of International Financial Management and Accounting, Finance Research Letters.
