The Pilgrimage Protection Plan will assure peace of mind to customers by offering reimbursement of tour deposits if they have to cancel their tour for any reason. It will refund 100% of non-refundable tour deposits for Domestic Tours if the customer cancels up to 14 days before departure and the same for international tours if the customer cancels 28 days prior. However, the cost, travel protection policy premiums, any financial transaction fees, and the cost of non-refundable tickets or airfare will be excluded from the refund. If the cancellation results in single supplement charges for a roommate, the refund will be reduced by these costs. Financial transaction fees include late payment fees, insufficient fund fees, and declined payment fees.
