Research Interests
My main interests are in Algebraic Geometry and Representation Theory. In particular, I study the geometry of spaces of tensors enriched by group actions. Recently I also started working on relations between Algebraic Geometry and Topological Data Analysis. I also enjoy investigating more applied problems linked to Quantum Information, Algebraic Statistics and, more recently, Genetic Biology. During some previous collaborations, I got into toric varieties too, as well as equivariant cohomology and intersection theory.
Check here or send me an email for details!
Upcoming Events
October 29, 2024: I will present "What is... a tensor?" to biologists during the CBG day at MPI-CBG, Dresden.
October 30, 2024 : I will talk at the "1st Dresden-Leipzig Day" at MPI-MiS, Leipzig.
