About me
Since January 2024 I have been a postdoctoral researcher at the Section of Mathematics of the Max Planck Institute CBG in Dresden, Germany, within Heather A. Harrington's group.
In December 2023 I was awarded a Ph.D. in Mathematics, with label of "Doctor Europaeus", from the University of Trento, Italy, under the supervision of Alessandra Bernardi and Giorgio Maria Ottaviani.
Research
My primary research activity and interestes are in algebraic geometry at the edge of representation theory. I am particularly interested in problems briinging secant varieties, Hilbert schemes of points, (pre)homogeneous spaces and vector bundles together.
I also enjoy working on problems in applied algebraic geometry, such as symmetries and algebraic varieties in quantum sciences (information, physics, chemistry) and relations between tensors, multipersistent homology and topological data analysis.
