This is Jinhe Ye (叶謹赫), a mathematician. I'm also commonly known as Vincent among the mathematical community. I currently work as an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Hong Kong.
My research interest lies in model theory, a branch of mathematical logic. My work concerns the interaction of model theory, algebraic geometry, non-Archimedean geometry, and algebraic topology. I am also interested in AI and its impact on mathematics.
Since completing my PhD, I have spent some time in Berkeley, Paris, Oxford, and Nanjing. I had the privilege of working with François Loeser and Ehud Hrushovski as a postdoctoral researcher.
I received my Ph.D. under the supervision of Sergei Starchenko from the University of Notre Dame.
