As an undergraduate I wrote an award-winning essay on the Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937. In this paper I discuss the factors and political climate that led up to the proposal of the Bill, the attempt to pass the bill through Congress, and the aftermath of the failed attempt to pass the Bill.
As a JD candidate I wrote a publishable acadmeic article outlining the current flaws of the vaccien liability system as well as potential changes that could be made to create a system that works for a modern era.
