Vincent values the educational student experiences and opportunities provided by the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA). Vincent, his students, and his ensembles are regular participants in annual adjudicated events hosted by OMEA. Vincent feels strongly that the experience at OMEA adjudicated events are so valuable to a beginning & developing music students and ensembles. This alone is the main reason Vincent advocates for participation in these events and encourages student participation. OMEA Adjudicated Events (among similar experiences) is an exceptional ensemble assessment tool and an example of HDSQ (High-Quality Student Data) to help inform current and future instruction.

Due to the hard work and dedication of his students current and former, Vincent has been fortunate to not only see his students experience such valuable educational growth for these experiences, but also the gratification of seeing his student has successful experiences with frequent "I" Superior & "II" Excellent ratings.
