Hello, welcome to my homepage.

I am an Assistant Professor (Maître de conférences) at the University of Lorraine, member of the Laboratoire lorrain de psychologie et neurosciences and associate researcher at the Centre d'Economie de la Sorbonne. I am mainly interested in cognitive biases and in the development of tools to support better decision-making.

I brought this approach to recruitment by founding Pipl Analytics, a startup focused on evidence-based hiring tools.
