SWP8 allows you to create face-swapped photos and videos by uploading a photo or video and a face image, then applying the face from that image to your selected photo, video, or available template. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use SWP8, including temporary processing of photographs, videos, and face data, permission-based advertising, and your privacy choices. This policy applies to SWP8 and its related services.
When you use our photo or video face-swap features, we temporarily process the content you choose to submit. This may include:
Source photographs containing the face you want to use.
Target photographs in which you want to replace a face.
Target videos in which you want to replace a face.
Selected photo or video templates.
Facial information within submitted photographs and video frames.
Generated face-swapped photos and videos created to complete your request.
Submitted content may also contain other personal information visible within the photograph or video.
If you authorize tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request, we may access your device’s Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) for personalized advertising.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry or request.
We use information to:
Perform the photo or video face swap you request.
Process the selected source photograph and target photo, video, or template.
Generate and return your face-swapped photo or video.
Provide personalized advertising when you authorize tracking.
Respond to support inquiries and privacy requests.
Submitted photographs, videos, and face-related information are used exclusively to provide the requested face-swap functionality. They are not used to personalize advertisements.
SWP8 is designed for photo and video face swapping and is not intended to identify, verify, recognize, or authenticate people. When you voluntarily upload a photo or video and a face image, SWP8 may process face-related visual information only as part of your requested photo or video face swap.
We may process face-related visual information only when you voluntarily upload content that contains a face. SWP8 does not automatically scan your device, photo library, camera roll, or files for faces.
Face-related visual information is used only to generate the face-swapped photo or video you requested. It is not used for any unrelated purpose.
SWP8 does not use facial recognition, does not identify who you are, does not verify identity, and does not create biometric identity profiles.
Face-related visual information is not used for advertising, tracking, user profiling, identity matching, biometric profiling, or any unrelated purpose. We do not sell face-related visual information.
SWP8 uses third-party AI processing providers and cloud infrastructure providers to generate face-swapped photos and videos. If uploaded content contains a face, that information may be securely processed by these providers only to complete your photo or video face-swap request. Third-party providers are not permitted to use face-related visual information for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising, user profiling, identity matching, independent marketing, or any unrelated purpose.
Uploaded source face images, target photos, target videos, selected template content, and any face-related visual information are stored only for the time required to process your photo or video face-swap request. After processing, uploaded source face images, target photos, and target videos are deleted from our active systems. In limited cases, temporary encrypted cache, backup, or failed-job recovery systems may retain processing data for up to 72 hours for reliability, security, fraud prevention, or technical recovery, after which it is automatically removed. Generated face-swapped photos and videos may be temporarily stored for delivery, preview, download, or in-app history. If not downloaded or saved, generated files may be automatically deleted within 2 days.
SWP8 uses third-party AI processing providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, crash reporting services, and App Store payment services to operate the app. When you submit a photo or video and a face image for face swapping, that content may be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers for the purpose of processing your request and generating the face-swapped photo or video output. Third-party AI providers may process:
Uploaded target photos or videos
Uploaded source face images
Selected photo or video template content
Temporary face-swap processing files
Generated face-swapped photo or video outputs
Technical request data required to complete the face swap
These third-party services are used only to provide the requested AI photo or video face-swap functionality, improve reliability, deliver results, and maintain app performance. SWP8 does not allow third-party AI providers to use uploaded content for facial recognition, biometric identification, independent advertising, user profiling, identity matching, or unrelated marketing purposes. SWP8 does not sell your personal information.
SWP8 may share limited information with the following categories of service providers:
Uploaded target photos or videos, source face images, selected template content, temporary files, and generated outputs may be shared with third-party AI service providers only to generate the face-swapped photo or video requested by the user.
We may use cloud hosting, database, storage, networking, and content delivery services to operate the app, process face-swap requests, store temporary files, and deliver generated face-swapped photos and videos.
We may use analytics and crash reporting services, such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar tools, to understand app performance, monitor crashes, detect technical issues, and improve the app. These services may process technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, diagnostic information, and general usage events.
If SWP8 offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, credits, or paid features, purchase processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as subscription status, product identifier, transaction status, renewal status, and entitlement information, to unlock paid features.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, enforceable government request, fraud prevention, security investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, our service providers, or SWP8.
Source photographs, target photographs, target videos, and temporary face-related processing information are handled only for the requested face swap. Submitted content and temporary face-processing data are deleted immediately after the operation is completed.
If you save or export a generated result, that copy remains in the selected location until you remove it. Deleting SWP8 does not necessarily delete photos or videos saved outside the app.
Access to your IDFA depends on your tracking permission. You may change that permission at any time. Changing permission affects future tracking. It does not automatically delete information previously received by an advertising network, which is subject to that network’s applicable retention practices.
Information submitted by email is used to respond to your inquiry and resolve your request. You may request deletion of this correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.
You choose which photographs or videos to capture, select, and submit. You may manage or revoke camera and photo-library permissions through your device settings. Revoking permission may prevent features requiring that access from functioning. Changing device permissions does not automatically remove photos or videos you previously saved or shared.
SWP8 uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to request permission before accessing your IDFA for tracking. If you allow tracking, your IDFA may be used for personalized advertising. If you decline, we do not access your IDFA for that purpose. You may change your choice through your device’s tracking settings.

SWP8 processes your selected content to generate and return the requested face-swapped photo or video. Generated results may contain recognizable facial information. Please consider this before saving, exporting, or sharing them. When you save a result to Photos, Files, or another destination, you control that saved copy through the relevant application or storage service. Copies you share with another person or service may remain available to that recipient even after you delete your own copy.
Removing SWP8 may remove data held within the app’s local storage, depending on your device and backup settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically remove generated photos or videos previously saved to your photo library, Files, other applications, or external storage. Those copies must be deleted from their respective locations. Copies held in device or cloud backups are subject to the relevant backup service’s settings. Submitted content and face data processed by our server are deleted after the face-swap operation, as explained in Section 2.1. For privacy or deletion assistance, contact vinabenpatel1951@gmail.com.
We recognize the importance of protecting the photographs, videos, and facial information involved in face-swap processing. We limit their handling to the purposes described in this policy and delete submitted content and temporary face data after the requested operation. No electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please consider the personal information included in a photograph or video before submitting it.
Our services do not knowingly collect or store personally identifiable information belonging to children under the age of 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, contact vinabenpatel1951@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to SWP8’s features or information-handling practices. Updates will be published through the app or our website. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide the required notice or request that consent.
