Vimet Terms of Use

Introduction

Welcome to Vimet's services! To better enjoy using Vimet, please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions and understand their contents.In this Agreement, you and Vimet or its affiliates ("we", "us" or "Application") are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and each is referred to as a "Party". When you use Vimet's services, you need to comply with Vimet's Privacy Policy. When you use our services or click "Register" during the registration process, you accept all the terms of this Agreement.

Content posted by users

Vimet provides users with a range of services including video chat, text interaction, and various activities related to the generation, publication, transmission, execution or storage of content, including messages, text, sound, images, applications, code or other data on the service ("User Content"). Please note that the views expressed by other users on the Vimet service do not represent the organizational views or values of Vimet.

Account

Our services are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and are subject to the legal age limit set by applicable laws and regulations in your country. You are responsible for protecting the security of your account and password and controlling access to your computing devices. In addition, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please ensure that the information you provide to Vimet during registration and in all other cases is true, accurate, current and complete.

User Behavior

Your access and use of Vimet services must comply with these terms and all relevant laws and regulations. By using Vimet services, you agree to abide by the terms of service listed here. You may not:

i) generate, upload, transmit, distribute or store any content that is inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable;

ii) access the Vimet accounts of others without permission, impersonate others or manipulate information transmitted through the Vimet Service;

iii) defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud Vimet users, or collect or attempt to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent;

iv) remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Vimet Service or User Content;

v) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Vimet Service or any part thereof;

vi) interfere with or impair the operation of the Vimet Service or any user's enjoyment of the Service in any way;

vii) manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any User Content transmitted through the Vimet Service;

viii) use any material that could interfere with, damage or negatively impact or prevent other users from fully enjoying the Vimet Service. Services;

ix) Impersonate any person or entity, pretend to be affiliated with any person or entity.

Vimet assumes no responsibility for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, or profanity encountered while using the Vimet Services. Your use of the Vimet Services is at your own risk, and Vimet is not responsible for any User Content or any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

Against CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation) Content

We are committed to providing a safe, respected, and secure online space for every user. The platform enforces a zero-tolerance stance against any form of CSAE(Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation), deeply understanding the significant harm it inflicts on individuals and the community.We are committed to maintaining the safety and positive atmosphere of the platform, ensuring that users can interact and participate here with peace of mind, free from any exploitation and abuse. Our mission is to protect the rights and welfare of all users, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups.

i)Enforcement of CSAE Content Prohibition

To ensure a safe and healthy communication environment for all users, the platform has implemented a strict zero-tolerance policy towards CSAE behavior. Users are prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content related to CSAE, including but not limited to child pornography, explicit descriptions of minors, exploitation, abuse, and other forms of sexual exploitation or harm to minors. Once the platform identifies CSAE content through automated review tools or user reports, such content will be immediately deleted. The platform combines technical detection with manual review to swiftly remove such illegal content, preventing further dissemination or spread. Through this policy, the platform provides a safe and healthy communication environment for all users.

ii)Measures for Handling Violating Accounts

Once it is discovered that a user is involved in CSAE behavior (including but not limited to publishing, sharing, or promoting such content), their account will be immediately suspended. For those with severe violations or multiple offenses, the platform has the right to permanently ban their accounts without prior notice to maintain the safety and compliance of the platform environment.

iii)Assistance with Law Enforcement and Legal Accountability

When the platform discovers CSAE-related content or behavior, it will actively cooperate with law enforcement departments to investigate and handle the matter. Users involved may be reported to legal authorities for in-depth investigation and legal accountability to ensure the compliance and safety of the platform environment.

iv)User Obligations

Users of this platform must comply with this policy. When encountering suspected CSAE content or behavior, users should promptly use the platform's built-in reporting tool to provide feedback. We hope all users will work together to maintain platform security and create a healthy and positive online space.

Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which details how we collect, use and disclose your personal information. At Vimet, we take your privacy protection very seriously and appreciate your understanding and review of our commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your information.

Intellectual Property

When you use and/or upload any live content or other materials through the Vimet Service to publicly accessible areas of the Vimet website, you hereby grant Vimet and its sublicensees a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable right and license. This license includes the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose of, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and publicly display such content without any territorial or time restrictions and without approval or compensation. (in whole or in part). In addition, this license applies to incorporating such content into existing or future forms of work, media or technology.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to your account or Vimet, in whole or in part, if:

(i) we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms;(ii) your use of Vimet creates a risk to us or other users of Vimet;or (iii) for any other reason as determined by us in our sole discretion.We will provide you with notice of any suspension or termination where reasonably practicable. Upon termination of your access to Vimet (in whole or in part), you will immediately permanently delete all copies of Vimet to which the termination relates and immediately cease accessing and using Vimet.

Purchases

The Services may sometimes allow you to “buy” or “buy” gems (“Virtual Items”) for use in the Services. Any Virtual Currency balance displayed in your Vimet Account does not constitute a real balance or reflect any stored value, but rather is a measure of your licensed use of Virtual Items in the Services. You will not be able to sell Virtual Items in exchange for Virtual or Real Currency returned to your Vimet Account, nor will you be able to obtain a Virtual or Real Currency refund for Virtual Items (including any Virtual Currency), even if your access to the Services is suspended, restricted, or terminated.

You expressly agree that you will not reverse or attempt to reverse any transaction you have completed to add funds to your Account. When you purchase Vimet products, your purchase is non-refundable and is at your own risk. You also agree that we may deduct any amounts associated with your Account if a transaction is subsequently reversed as fraudulent or in error due to a chargeback, reversal, claim, or otherwise. We may also deduct any amounts held in your Account to repay any unpaid amounts you owe us under these Terms or otherwise. We reserve the right to report, suspend, and/or terminate accounts that abuse the refund provisions of these Terms.

Changes

In order to provide better services, we may add or adjust features, and the terms of the agreement will change according to the current features. You should check this agreement regularly to see if there are any changes. If you continue to access or use Vimet services after the new terms come into effect, it means that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you must stop accessing or using Vimet services.

Disclaimer

We promise to provide you with the Vimet service with reasonable care and skill. Vimet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and neither we nor any of our affiliates assume any responsibility or liability for Vimet or the content submitted through Vimet, nor make any representations, warranties or promises about any content transmitted or displayed, including but not limited to: any representations, warranties or promises that Vimet will be continuous, secure, error-free or virus-free; Vimet will be compatible with your device; to the extent permitted by law, you waive all implied representations, warranties and promises.

General

You agree that you will not bring any claim against us for any statement not expressly mentioned in these Terms. The words "including" and "comprising" shall be construed in an unlimited sense. The invalidity of any provision (or part of a provision) of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision (or the remainder of that provision). Delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights under that provision.

Any rights and obligations under these Terms which by their nature should survive termination or expiration of these Terms, including any obligations relating to the liability or indemnity (if any) of the parties. No one other than you and us shall have any right to enforce these Terms, and you may not delegate, assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior consent. We may freely assign, transfer or subcontract these Terms or any rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your prior consent or notification.
