Minimum stay is during the week is 1 night.
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out must be made by 10:00 to ensure the villa is ready for the following guests.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Villas aren't pet friendly.
No smoking indoors.
A deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required.
Payment
Payment
Guests are required to pre-pay a 30% of the total fee upon booking confirmation.
The remaining amount is paid upon arrival or for further reservations is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the beginning of their stay.

Pre-payment is non-refundable.
Guest can cancel their booking up to 4 weeks prior to arrival free of charge.
