Join us June 7-10, 2027 for our next in-person workshop at Villanova University!
The EOP Workshop for Teaching Excellence prepares engineering faculty to integrate the EOP Framework directly into their courses through lectures, hands-on exercises, peer feedback, and real-world examples.
Participants leave with a set of selected EOP Learning Outcomes, an updated syllabus, a custom learning tool for their course, and a lasting network of fellow faculty. With a limited cohort size, the workshop offers individualized guidance and a true community-of-practice experience.
The Change Leadership Academy aims to empower experienced engineering faculty to become change agents at their home institutions. Through a community-of-practice model, EOP Fellows will lead EOP integration across curriculum, research, and outreach; support one another through complex institutional change; and co-create a scalable model for institutionalizing sustainability in engineering education.
This program is still in development, thanks to a wonderful group of advisory members from a variety of U.S. institutions spanning California to Illinios to Puerto Rico to Rhode Island.
Please stay tuned for more details as this work continues to evolve through 2027.
