🏡 Villa Kleonna — House Rules & Guest Information
To help ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules and guest guidelines before confirming your reservation.
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 5:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 2:00 PM
Please observe the agreed check-in and check-out times.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
STRICT MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 15 GUESTS
The maximum includes all adults and children staying at the villa.
Only the number of guests declared in the booking will be permitted.
No additional guests beyond the confirmed booking will be allowed, even for short visits or gatherings.
Please ensure that the correct number of guests is declared when making your reservation.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A ₱3,000 security deposit is required upon check in.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
The deposit may be used to cover damages, missing items, excessive mess, or violations of the house rules.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the guest, and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
4. ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES
Extra adult: ₱300/person
Extra child: ₱200/person
All additional guests must still be within the 15-guest maximum capacity.
Guests exceeding the maximum capacity will not be permitted.
5. POOL RULES
Please shower before entering the pool.
Avoid wearing colored clothing that may bleed dye into the pool.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please do not bring glassware or breakable items near the pool.
Keep the pool area clean and safe.
6. CLEANLINESS & CARE OF THE VILLA
Please keep the villa clean and orderly during your stay.
Dispose of trash properly.
Do not move furniture or appliances unnecessarily.
Please report any damage or malfunction to the caretaker immediately.
7. EVENTS & GATHERINGS
Small gatherings are allowed only within the declared number of guests and the 15-person maximum capacity.
Large parties, unauthorized events, or gatherings exceeding the maximum capacity are not allowed.
Please be considerate of our neighbors at all times.
8. QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Please keep music, conversations, and other activities at a reasonable volume.
No loud parties or disruptive activities are allowed.
pls respect the neighborhood in the subdivision during Quiet hours.
9. COOKING & LPG
LPG stove use is available for ₱1,200/stay (to be deducted in the deposit). If not cooking, no charge will be deducted.
Turn off the LPG and cooking appliances after use.
Please ask assistance from our caretaker how to use the stove.
10. SMOKING & VAPING
Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house.
Please go out of the house if you want to smoke.
P1,500 charge for violators.
11. PETS
No pets are allowed inside the property.
12.SECURITY
The villa is cctv protected for all common areas. To ensure the safety and security.
13. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal activities punishable by law
Smoking inside the villa
Unauthorized parties or events
Exceeding the maximum guest capacity
Deliberate damage to property or furnishings
Any activity that may endanger guests, staff, neighbors, or the property
Reservation of the villa constitutes confirmation that the guest has read, understood, and agreed to the complete House Rules & Guest Policies of Villa Kleonna.
