There are a couple of possibilities. Sherwin Williams Extra White and Dover White were both used for interior walls. Try ordering a few free samples from Sherwin Williams to get a good match. The painter may have left small cans of paint in your basement for touch ups.

There are no smoke alarms in the attic.
Inside units have 5 smoke detectors/smoke alarms and end units have 6.
The smoke alarms are all tied together and it’s recommended that the backup batteries are changed twice a year at daylight saving time. This will prevent the alarms from beeping at unexpected times, like the middle of the night.
For visual inspection: A green light means the battery is okay. Alarms needing attention / needing a new backup battery have a red light (either flashing or solid).

That's an ornamental pear tree! Trimming of the pear trees does not fall under our landscaping contract, but the landscapers are responsible for removing the shoots and weeding the mulch bed around the tree.
