Virginia Bridle-Russell
(Miss Ginny)
Executive Director /
Lead Teacher
Ginny has been with the program since its inception in 1994. She has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Plymouth State University and has been in preschool education for 30 years. Working with students with varying needs, making learning fun and sharing her excitement for learning with her students is what makes Ginny so special. It is her belief that all students deserve the opportunity for a preschool experience irrespective of their abilities or their family's financial situation.
The Village Preschool is a non-profit entity. It is located in the lower level of the Trinity Church
Even when Ginny is not working at the Preschool, she is working for the children of the Town as the current chairperson of the Town of Hampton School Committee, where she has served for _15___ years. She has also volunteered to support those who are grieving. Family is important to Ginny as she is a wife, mother and grandmother.
Angie Twombly
(Miss Angie)
Teacher
Angie has been with the Village Preschool for 28 years. Her educational background is in Early Childhood Education. Angie has a passion for arts and crafts which she shares with the children by incorporating it into their curriculum. She has shared this talent with the preschool by creating the artwork that is on their walls (Clifford, Emily Elizabeth, Coconut Tree, etc.)
Since the preschool is a non-profit entity, Angie has initiated the Easter Bunny breakfast which is the Village Preschool's major fundraiser. She is a valuable staff member to have around, as she is very handy and is the preschool's Miss Fix-It.
Outside of school, Angie keeps busy as a wife and mother.
