I will be teaching a quick no-boil mead class. Spectators are welcome with handouts for all. You can participate and make your own in one of two ways: 1.) I have a number of kits available for $75. Everything you need for this batch and future batches is included (honey, yeast, nutrients, water, 2-gal bucket/lid/airlock, 1-gal carboy/stopper, racking auto-siphon, tubing, bottling wand, and pipette). 2.) BYO 2-gal bucket/lid/airlock, 1 gallon spring water, honey (4 cups dry, 5 cups sweet). I will supply the yeast and nutrients for $10.

Proper behavior will be outlined utilizing Castiglione’s Book of the Courtier and other contemporaneous sources. Topics covered include flattery, the language of the fan, proper addresses, and how to curtsey/bow like a true courtier or demoiselle. A must for squires, retainers, and anyone dealing with nobility/royalty, or people who wish to bring the Dream to any many people as possible.
