What are the payment terms?
Non-refundable Deposit 20% for booking
Rest of payment 80% within 6 months
Is there flexibility on payments?
Yes. Deposit must be paid in full for booking. The remaining amount can be done up to 6 months in multiple payments.
If during that period buyer fails to complete or cancel the purchase the payment the deposit will be not refunded.
Are there any additional fees during the purchasing process?

Ownership & Leasehold Details
What is a Leasehold? It is a registered ownership title for the use of the property during a certain period of time. It is inheritable by heirs.
What is the duration of the leasehold title? The leasehold title for the villa ends in January 2049.
Can the leasehold title be extended? Yes, the leasehold title can often be extended. However, extension terms and conditions are subject to negotiation with the landowner and current Indonesian property regulations.
What happens when the leasehold title expires? Upon expiration, the rights to the property revert to the landowner unless an extension is agreed upon prior to the lease expiry.
