PROPERTY RENTAL POLICY
Minimum stay :
3 nights
5 nights during very high season (please check the dates)
Booking :
100% of total amount on booking
Cancellation policy:
Up to 9 weeks in advance : 50% refund of booking amount
After 9 weeks : No refund
If you cancel within nine weeks of departure the full amount of the stay remains due
In the event of a no-show: the full amount of the stay remains due
Miscellaneaous:
Nb of people using the holiday accommodation : Only those persons named on the booking form may use the property without prior arrangement
Events: Any event must be approved in advance. If permission is granted, additional fees may apply
