Before your arrival

📄 A rental contract is given to you. You must return it to us duly completed and signed by mail accompanied by the deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay. Upon receipt of the signed contract, the confirmation of your rental becomes final.

🐶🐱  Animals: our animal friends are welcome for an additional fee. Except for dogs accompanying a visually impaired person, it is free. Tenants remain responsible for any damage caused by their animal and are also responsible for removing hair left on the bedding or sofas. We invite our guests to bring their animals' items (cushions, kennels, bed, etc.) and to ensure that their needs are done outside the house.

In case of cancellation

⚠️  If the cancellation of your stay takes place less than a month before your arrival, we keep your deposit.

Your arrival is from 09:00 and your departure is no later than 13:00.

The balance of the rental is to be paid no later than your arrival.

A security deposit of €500 is also required, it is not cashed.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents.

The rental price will include tourist tax, water, electricity, internet and very complete linen (bed and bathroom linen).

During your stay 

The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their destination. No parties and no noise pollution from 10 p.m.

🚋  By metro: You can take the proastiakos train – www.trainose.gr – from Athens International Airport to Corinth. Then you have to take a taxi – www.Athens.Cab – to get to Porto Heli.

Total approx.: 110€ – 140€

🚌  By bus: You have to take a bus from Athens International Airport to KTEL Kifissos, number Χ93, or take a taxi. Then KTEL Argolidas – www.ktelargolida.gr – will transfer you to Porto Heli.

Total approx.: 30€/person

🚕 🚗  By taxi/car: From Athens International Airport, you can either take a taxi – www.Athens.Cab – to get to Porto Heli or rent a car.

Total approx.: 300€ (taxi) or 20€/day (car rental)

Duration: 2.5 – 3h

⛴️  By boat: From the port of Piraeus – www.hsw.gr – there are at least 3 daily routes that cover the path to Porto Cheli with intermediate stops to the islands of the Saronic Gulf in approximately 2h10 / 2h30 depending on the stops on the islands of Spetses and Hydra.
