Our villa was constructed back in 2009 by a big family of engineers and doctors. As it has been designed and built for a family living, only the best high quality materials were used (marble from Penteli, wood from Finland etc).

Connected by a centralized elevator, the villa has 4 floors, and an underground garage. There are 5 huge bedrooms with king & single beds, 3 bathrooms as well as 1 open plan kitchen/ living room. The villa can comfortably host 10+ people, as there are also 2 sofas with orthopaedic mattresses, and other arrangements can be made if you are a larger group.

The outdoor seating area consists of a beautiful huge pool (12*6 m), a BBQ set with an Eastern European "kazan" and a wooden oven, that honestly makes the best steaks and pizzas. 

The underground garage can easily accommodate up to 5 cars, and also has a ping pong table together with a small gym setting.

Our unique villa is a luxurious place, ideal to accommodate both a big family, or a big group of friends who want to combine their beach holidays with sightseeing. The location is in the area of Anavyssos, a beautiful suburb of Athens close to the temple of Sounion and even closer to multiple well-known beaches of the Attica region.
