Villa Adelida in Villasimius (SU) welcomes its guests with a large and well-kept garden in which relaxing during your stay.

The villa is entirely covered in local stone, its particular shape and the layout of the rooms, the perfect continuity between the garden, the verandas and the interiors and the proximity to the beach and the sea, makes the experience of a holiday truly unique.

Living Room

The bright living room with a characteristic circular shape and from which you can enjoy sea views, is equipped with a fireplace, air conditioning and satellite TV.

There is also a convenient sofa bed as an extra sleeping arrangement.

Master Bedroom

The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom

The second bedroom with a queen size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom

A bedroom with bunk beds for younger guests.

The open kitchen is equipped with hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and tea kettle.

From the living room our guests can access to a covered veranda with chestnut beams roof, equipped with a fridge for outdoor dining as well as a chill out area.

From the second entrance of the villa there is a walking path which has direct access to the beach of Cala Caterina, which is less than 150 meters away.

The property includes an internal staircase that leads to a large shaded terrace overlooking the living room and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
