Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms:

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.

• Small jobs: 100% payment is required for small jobs like visiting cards or social media posts.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is required upon completion of the work and before providing the final high-resolution files.

• Refund Policy: If the client terminates the project part-way, the advance payment is non-refundable.

2. Design Requirements:

• The client should provide the company name, logo, address, email, website, phone number, and all services (including spelling) in writing.

• The photos to be used in the design should be high-resolution (minimum 1920x1080).

• If you have any old or any sample for the design, then send it in File Format (JPEG, PNG, PDF).

• The expected colors, fonts and a concept in your mind (rough picture) for the logo design should be clarified in advance.

3. Timeline & Revisions:

• The project takes approximately 10 to 20 days to complete from the time all the information is received.

• If the design takes more than 20 days to finalize, an additional fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for each day.

• Only 2 to 3 minor changes will be made free of charge within the given budget. Each subsequent change will be charged separately.

4. Security & Ownership of Files:

• Watermark: All sample designs shown will have a watermark until full payment is made.

• Final Files: The original source file (CDR/PSD/AI) or high-resolution file will be shared only after full payment is received.

• The designer will have the right to the design until payment is complete, it will be considered the property of the company only after payment.

5. Special Notice:

• Sample design is for style viewing only, its commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• The job size (mm, cm, inch, feet) must be given correctly (width x height).
