First practice: Monday, October 13th at 6 pm

Practice days are Mon, Tues & Thurs; 6-8 pm. *Number of practice days and length will likely be adjusted based on ages and numbers after week 1.
Our practice facility is at 515 Melrose St, Bristol, TN

We host 2 home tournaments as our club fundraiser. State Line Brawl - Dec 7th and Bristol Brawl - Jan 4th. Since we do not ask our club participants to participate in other fundraisers, we have the following requirement: A representative from each family is required to volunteer at each of our tournaments. In lieu of volunteering you may choose to pay an opt out fee of $200 per tournament. Please be sure to carefully read the Volunteer/Opt Out Policy (during the registration process).

Clean wrestling shoes are required for all practices. Shorts & t-shirts are appropriate practice attire. Wrestling shoes should not be worn outside.

Wrestling shoes, a singlet, and headgear are required to participate in tournaments.

Here's a great source for wrestling shoes, headgear, etc. (Wrestling Mart) We recommend the Cliff Keen Signature or Tornado head gear or similar.

Our coaching staff has been carefully chosen and we follow a very disciplined philosophy/practice structure. If you would like to volunteer to help coach (no experience is necessary), you must go through the AAU coaching certification process which includes a background check. Middle School Short Season Info:

Middle School wrestlers are welcome to join VWC at any time. For those planning to join following the TMSAA season, the VWC season fee is discounted to $50
