Rank Structure

Through Shadow and Peach's Faction War history, a rank structure was developed for VKHMR to simplify roles and introduce a hierarchy into the corporation for better functionality. 

RANK STRUCTURE

✪ Chief Administrator - Corporation CEOs, responsible for executive management of the whole Corp. 

✭ Deputy Administrator - Highest possible member rank, second highest executive role. Responsible for the management of department leaders. 

❱❭❭ Senior Technical Officer - Highest achievable rank in a labor department. Responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency and for maintaining an orderly and constructive Corp environment. 

❱❭ Technical Officer - Experienced department specialist, most responsible for providing advice and instructing Line Operators when conducting certain activities.

 ❱ Labor Foreman - Low-level labor manager. Leads small groups and teams in specific tasks and exercises. 

❭❭ Line Operator - Corporation industry technician. Skilled laborers in their fields. Held to high standards in order to create the highest quality product. 

❭ Trade Apprentice - Inexperienced Corp members learning the ropes of EVE Online, serving as apprentices until they are fit to graduate to full line operators.
