Vikas Thapa

Hi, I'm Vikas Thapa, a PhD student at Biomedical optics lab IIT Hyderabad. I am currently working on Deep learning algorithms in order to Classify, Segment and Process Biomedical images. currently involved in building a custom made phase contrast microscope . Phase is reconstructed using Transport of intensity (TIE) algorithm. And finally DL is Applied on Extracted image for Classification. All the work has been done under the supervision of Dr. Renu John, Professor (Biomedical Engg. Department IIT Hyderabad)
