Senior I, II, III - Doing ads, helping out when we call for help clearing ads. Participating, helping out with events. Learn to supervise ads and making sure wrong ads don't leave the Publishing Board.
Supervisor - Making sure lower ranking employees are doing ads, checking on quality of ads. Recommending promotions and firing of lower ranking employees. Checking the applications and accepting or rejecting them accordingly.
Manager - Interviewing and testing new recruits. Handling external complaints. Making sure everyone has the correct role on discord and org. Ensuring proper work done by the Supervisors. Suggesting names for promotion to Directors. Broadcasting when Directors and not available and for Happy Hours.
Operations Manager - Creating templates for clients, invoices, CNN and broadcast messages. Dealing with clients and contracts.
Director - Managing broadcasting contracts with clients. Managing broadcast timings. Blacklisting numbers. Handling internal complaints and questions. Broadcasting. Reporting problems and ideas to the COO. Dealing with tickets from clients and documents (contracts and invoices)
Head Executive - Checking up on directors. Public relations. Making sure directors are on track. Helps with transactions (Money going in and out the org).
Chief Executive - Public relations. Overlooking every department and making sure work is being done. Maintaining high workplace standards. Implementing systems that make working easier and more efficient. Teaching higher ups how to do their responsibilities and preparing the next CEO for their position.
