This Privacy Policy describes how Vika DRX ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Payvika India Technology Pvt Ltd, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application ("App") available on Google Play Store.

KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof) for investment verification
Payment information processed securely via Razorpay

Device information (model, OS version, unique device ID)
App usage data (screens visited, features used, session duration)

Our App offers an optional biometric lock (fingerprint / Face ID) for security. We do not store or transmit your biometric data. Authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (Android Biometric API) and never leaves your device.

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking passwords. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Render.com (US) and MongoDB Atlas
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text
We use JWT tokens for authentication, stored securely on your device
PIN codes set in the app are hashed using SHA-256 and stored only on your device — we cannot access them
Our App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Razorpay – Payment processing (razorpay.com/privacy)
Cloudinary – Image storage and delivery (cloudinary.com/privacy)
MongoDB Atlas – Database hosting (mongodb.com/legal/privacy-policy)
Google Play Services – App distribution and updates
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following cases:
With payment processors to complete transactions
With KYC verification partners as required by law
With government or regulatory authorities when legally required
With service providers who assist us in operating the App (under strict confidentiality agreements)
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
Transaction and investment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
KYC documents are retained as required by applicable law
You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements)

Correction – Update or correct inaccurate information via the app or by contacting us
Deletion – Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal obligations)

Vika DRX is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

None of this data is shared with third parties or used for advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
