The Enforcement Directorate while looking for the custody of Deepak Kochhar who is the spouse of Ex Managing Director and the chief operating officer Chanda Kochhar under the steady gaze of a Mumbai court, asserted that an "intricate trap of substances" was made to hold the measure of Rs 64 crore, gotten as claimed "unlawful delight" from Videocon Group for authorization of a Rs 300 crore advance by ICICI Bank in 2009.
The Enforcement Directorate arrested Deepak Kochchar by stating in its remand application that he had stayed "shifty and non-agreeable".
